My favorite part about Winter is the outerwear, I repeat my favorite part about Winter is ONLY the outerwear. Every year I add a few statement coats to my collection to have in rotation. Last year this faux fur leopard coat was added to the mix and is still one of my favorites. What a way to shake up your wardrobe. Having the best coats in my opinion are about the very few ways to enjoy Winter and still look relatively stylish. I for one would like to look fabulous schlepping through the snow with the best of them. So go out there my fashion darlings and find those coats!
It's the biggest trend to hit 2016. You've seen the look over and over again on your favorite celebs from Rihanna to Kim K. Before the reign of the off- the- shoulder denim trend hit the dumps, I wanted to show you all my way of styling this year's biggest spectacle. Showing off that glossy decolletage can excite the majority of us. As it is in my opinion one of the sexiest part of a woman's body. (Hey, no debating me on that!) It feels great to finally get this post out my system as I've been wanting to do this overtly done trend for some time now. Perhaps I'll fall victim to it again but for now I'll bask in the moment and wear it proudly. So tell me shoulder queens, have you rocked this trend yet?

For the life of me, sometimes getting ready can be a headache as I have the hardest time trying to stick to one look. I'll get an idea, then another and want to do them all. Of course trying to incorporate too many trends at once could go horribly wrong, However, I came up with best solution for my wardrobe blues and that was instead of wearing my trench the proper way why not get creative and wrap it into a cool makeshift new shirt. After playing around with different wrapping techniques I decided to go for a monochromatic look and paired my caramel colored midi skirt. I went with my black stiletto combat boots and choker to amp up the look. So, what do you guys think? Was this outfit a nail or fail?

Let's face it. I'm currently stuck in the whirlwind of the slip dress trend. Forcing myself to be creative and figure out new and exciting ways to style this favorite of mine. This particular slip dress is a tad bit different and I love it. The contrasting cream lace against the blue gives it a certain uniqueness. I wanted to style it beyond the norm so I paired a black sweatshirt underneath for a more urban wear appeal. To play on the urban look, I put on these thrifted high waist jean shorts. My white thigh high boots had been sitting in my closet for quite sometime now, so I thought to give them a spin with this outfit and it totally did the trick. Along with my white anorak hooded jacket, it pulled the entire look together beautifully for an effortlessly chic approach to styling your slips this season. Since NYC is giving us this slight heat wave before it returns back to it's frigid temperatures, I was prepared to take full advantage of the moment. I'll never complain about a week of good weather! So in the mean time I pulled out this lace top I never had the chance to wear until now and wore them with my cropped high waist pants. The top is from Kiki Riki, I paired it along with my leopard botties from Steve Madden. Are you guys prepared for fall? Let's talk about it below!
So the weather is changing drastically and I'm simply trying to keep up. While it's getting chillier here in NYC by the day, an extra layer or two is needed to stay warm. I brought this Philosophy top in anticipation for the colder months. How could you resist a nice floral print? *Added bonus, It's a turtleneck too! I'm a sucker for a great turtleneck. My pants are from Topshop. This cool frilly cardigan is from H&M. The velvet combat boots are from WetSeal.
I must say I'm looking forward to layering, drinking latte's, and experimenting with outerwear!
